Norman is a West Australian author of award-winning picture books and novels. In Flanders Fields won the 2003 Children’s Book Council Picture Book of the Year and his latest book, The Last Viking has been shortlisted for the WA Young Readers’ Book Award and the South Australian Premier’s Award 2012. Norman lives in Perth with his librarian wife and several goldfish.
